Features of the ACP-400Ⅲ
- Maximum processing dimensions: 400(W) x 180(H). An improved version of the conventional right-angle planer, now even more affordable!
- Material feed rollers: 2-row, 4-column design. The entire head moves 110mm forward and backward. Even wide materials are fed closer to the front of the material.
The first roller can be moved upward with a lever to correct unevenness. The front side surface can be used as a hand guide.
- Vertical axis: The vertical axis uses a reinforced type of engine block. This makes blade replacement easier and increases durability by more than double compared to conventional models.
- AirFloat: A unique mechanism proven in other models. Even large materials such as green lumber, raw lumber, and structural lumber are fed
with a feeding resistance equivalent to 1/10 of conventional methods, making it so smooth that no lubricant is needed at all.
- Auxiliary Table: The auxiliary table is a simple design that makes efficient use of workspace. It can be easily attached and removed. A
more robust, reinforced table is also available as an option.
